UNDER
PRESSURE

by Zanshin Cyber Combat CH

Cyber Elite Edition · featuring an elite performance coach

When pressure removes time, certainty and control, how does your team actually perform?

Performance is a mindset.

The expertise behind the experience

Elite performance meets real cyber leadership.

The programme is built around two complementary disciplines: performing under pressure and leading through a live cyber crisis.

What makes it different

Crisis simulations test the plan. We test the people who run it.

Cyber crisis simulations already exist. Around a calm table, most teams look composed. UNDER PRESSURE adds our elite performance coach’s way of testing people when the pressure is real: first we expose how your team reacts as pressure rises physically, then we see whether the same behaviour comes back during the cyber crisis.

What it testsThe planThe plan, and the people who have to run it

It’s not about teaching people how to fight. It’s about showing them how they actually perform when control disappears.

  • No sparring
  • No combat-sport experience needed
  • Physical drills are voluntary

How it works

Two arenas. One team.

Arena 01 · Expose

On the mat

Short, controlled drills led by our elite performance coach raise the pressure physically. Within minutes, the team’s real reactions become visible. No sparring. No combat-sport experience required.

Arena 02 · Test again

At the crisis table

A cyber incident tailored to your organisation keeps evolving while the team is away from the table. Now we see whether the same behaviour comes back, when decisions are business-critical and information is incomplete.

What we watch in both arenas

The same behaviours, first under physical pressure, then in the cyber crisis.

Behaviours observed on the mat and at the crisis table
BehaviourOn the matThen, at the crisis table
HesitationThe split second of doubt when the pressure rises.Waiting for certainty while the incident spreads.
CommunicationCalling out what you see, or going quiet.Whether critical information reaches the people who must decide.
InitiativeStepping forward without being told.Taking ownership of containment, escalation and notifications.
ComposureBreathing, focus and control as the pace rises.Decision quality when new information keeps arriving.

Physical pressure → human behaviour → cyber decision-making

Each engagement is tailored to the organisation. The exact drills, scenario and crisis injects stay confidential and are shared with the client during preparation.

The method

Four principles from elite performance

Our coach’s combat language, translated into how leaders decide in a crisis.

Attack

Initiative

Act decisively before the situation controls you.

Counter

Adaptation

Read what changed, update the hypothesis and change the plan.

Interrupt

Intervention

Recognise the critical moment and act before escalation becomes harder to stop.

Spirit

Composure

Maintain clarity, communication and decision quality when pressure rises.

Client value

What your company gets

You leave knowing how your team performs when control disappears, and what to fix before a real incident tests it.

The deliverable

Confidential team debrief

What we saw on the mat, what came back at the crisis table, and three to five practical recommendations. Focused on the team, never on individual ranking.

An honest read of your team under pressure
Behaviour observed in action, twice, instead of self-reported in a workshop.
Patterns, not one-off moments
One reaction can be a bad moment. The same behaviour on the mat and again at the crisis table is how your team really works under pressure. That is what is worth fixing.
Gaps found in rehearsal, not in a real incident
Your executives work through a realistic incident tailored to your organisation. Unclear ownership, slow escalation and broken communication lines surface while mistakes still cost nothing.
Resilience and team cohesion
Practical tools to stay clear under stress, and a shared experience that builds trust across levels.

Learning from a world champion

What our coach brings to your team

Leaders listen differently to someone who has performed at the very top.

Experience under real pressure

Our coach has fought on the biggest stages in kickboxing, where one moment of hesitation decides the outcome. He knows from the inside what pressure does to people, and what holds up.

An expert eye on your team

He watches your team on the mat and again during the crisis. He spots the hesitation, lost composure and silent moments most observers miss, and his observations go straight into your debrief.

A way of teaching that sticks

Our coach doesn’t lecture. His way of teaching is to put people in the moment, let them feel it, then show them what changed. It is how he teaches fighters around the world, and why the lessons stay with your team long after the day.

Year-round programme

And after? Keep the gains.

Pressure skills fade without practice. The debrief shows what to work on. For teams that want lasting results, we train it all year round, in a programme built together with you.

01

Start with the seminar

The year-round programme is open only after a first executive seminar.

02

Train all year

Regular drills and crisis exercises, organised around your calendar and goals.

03

Your seminar is credited

The seminar fee is deducted from the annual contract if you sign within 30 days.
